A few weeks ago that the famous Newsgroups Eclipse have emerged as a forum (which, incidentally, is altogether more pleasant to read!).

There are the various Eclipse projects, FDI for different languages ...

For now, it is only beta (for example, as I write lines, the search function does not work)
